Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long do you stay?
A: Standard coverage includes from morning prep through to the start of your dinner service. If you've added evening coverage, we'll stay through to your first dance and party. We usually wrap up within 30 minutes after the first dance, or by 10pm — whichever comes first.

Q: What time do you arrive?
A: We typically spend 60–90 minutes filming bridal prep and around 45 minutes with the groom in the morning. We'll coordinate timings with you in advance to suit your schedule — so arrival time depends entirely on your plans for the day.

Q: Can I customise my package?
A: Absolutely! We're happy to tailor everything to suit your needs — just get in touch to discuss the options.

Q: When do I pay, and is there a booking fee?
A: To secure your date, we require a booking fee: £200. This must be paid within 30 days of confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding date.

Q: When will we receive our video?
A: We aim to deliver your finished video within 12 weeks of your wedding. During peak season, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Q: Do you film weddings in ROI?
A: Yes, we cover all venues within a 2-hour drive of our base in Dromore, which includes many beautiful locations in the Republic of Ireland.

Q: Do you film destination weddings?
A: Yes, we’re happy to travel! We just ask that our flights and accommodation are covered.

Q: Do we need to meet beforehand?
A: We recommend a Zoom call (or phone call if you prefer) in the lead-up to your day — it’s a great way for us to connect and go over the details.

Q: Do we need to provide a meal?
A: If you've booked Evening Coverage, we kindly ask for a meal. No need to seat us with guests — most venues offer staff meals, or we’re happy to order from the bar menu if that’s easier. Staying on-site means we won’t miss a thing!

Q: What music do you use?
A: We choose music from a licensed catalogue that best fits your video’s style. If you’re not happy with our selection, we’re happy to change it. Have a particular track in mind? Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to license it for your film.

Q: Can I request changes to my video?
A: Of course! Whether it’s changing music, removing a clip, or editing someone out — we're happy to make adjustments so your video feels just right.

Q: How will we receive our videos?
A: You’ll receive your videos on a USB flash drive, beautifully packaged in our wooden USB gift box — perfect for watching on your TV or computer. You’ll also get a Vimeo link to easily share your video with friends and family online.
